Job Description
In this role, you will collaborate closely with attorneys and clients across a range of innovative industries, including medical devices, electronics, and more. While technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, biomedical, or a related engineering field is preferred. You will contribute to drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting due diligence reviews, and performing freedom-to-operate and patent landscape analyses.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution, along with an undergraduate degree in engineering. Strong academic credentials, excellent analytical abilities, and polished writing skills are essential for success in this role. Registration to practice before the USPTO is strongly preferred.
