Director, MES Services

The Director of MES Services will oversee deployments of Ever.Ag’s Orbis MES solution to our world-wide customer base. This oversight will include coordinating service resources, ensuring on-time/on-budget delivery, successful customer outcomes, and organizational profitability. Key individual responsibilities include overseeing all service teams, including project management and Orbis technical consulting resources. The Director will support pre-sales activities, review project Statements of Work, oversee deliverables, maintain risk management, and ensure coordination between teams. They will also monitor team utilization, oversee recruitment, track portfolio metrics, assist with invoicing, contribute to methodologies, support new service offerings, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience leading MES implementation teams.
