Job Description
In this role, our new colleague will ensure the team meets the expected service levels and take corrective action when necessary. You will allocate resources (shift schedules, vacation schedules, replacement plans), participate in planning the work group budget, partly responsible for its adherence. The role includes proposing proposals for setting performance goals, actively participates in the performance evaluation of subordinates and provides information for salary reviews. You will participate in the selection of new employees and assumes responsibility for this, organizes and participates in the induction of new employees. Providing operational and other relevant business information to the group, facilitates effective teamwork, supports the individual development of group members. You will also define the group's objectives and ensure the effective use of integrated corporate tools.
