Lead ML Engineer

As a Lead ML Engineer, you will lead a team of 3-5 ML engineers building personalization systems, architect multi-stage ranking systems (retrieval → ranking → re-ranking), define a technical roadmap aligned with business objectives, and drive improvements in model quality, system reliability, and development velocity. Responsibilities also include establishing best practices for model development and deployment, partnering with product, data science, and engineering teams, and contributing hands-on to critical model development (50% coding).
