Job Description
The Real Estate Administrator holds operational responsibility for corporate real estate functions, including portfolio, transaction, and lease administration management. This position protects the property rights for TDS Telecom's real estate portfolio, consisting of approximately 600 properties in 34 states. The role is a 100% remote, work-from-home position, open to candidates in any of the 40+ US states where TDS Telecom operates.
Responsibilities include managing the real estate portfolio, assisting with the development and implementation of real estate strategy, managing real estate transactions, tracking lease renewal options, communicating with landlords, and managing the national facilities provider vendor systems.
