Challenges in the Team:
- Managing the complexity of Docplanner's organization with diverse technology stacks across multiple teams.
- Ensuring the scalability and reliability of systems to handle high traffic and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guarantee highly available AI services through best practices and automation.
- Collaborate with ML teams to operationalize AI models and integrate them into systems.
- Provide day-to-day support to team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Qualifications and Environment:
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and building scalable environments on AWS is required.
- Familiarity with tools like Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD systems such as GH Actions.
- Prepared to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where priorities shift quickly.
