Job Description
The Project Manager will lead training, evaluation, and assessment support for the DoD STARBASE Program nationwide. You will develop evaluation tools, improve curriculum delivery, and implement professional development to enhance program effectiveness and student outcomes. The DoD STARBASE Program provides K-12 students with experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Design, and Mathematics (STEAM).
Responsibilities include preparing annual DoD STARBASE Program reports, developing/selecting evaluation tools, designing/refining observational techniques for curriculum delivery, coordinating/facilitating regional training workshops, supporting training workshops for STARBASE instructors, reviewing/evaluating lesson plans, performing site visits, and maintaining the STARBASE website and learning management system.
