Principal Product Manager

About the Role:

• We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to support development of our Banking as a Service platform.
• The services you build will create pathways for clients to deliver innovative financial products.
• Our ideal candidate is highly analytical and uses first principles thinking to understand new domains.

What You'll Do:

• Define product strategy and ensure alignment with broader company goals and vision.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap with well-defined requirements and compelling business justifications.
• Collaborate closely across engineering, design, compliance, and operations to drive execution from concept to launch.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years demonstrated experience in product management and/or engineering building world-class fintech products.
• Prior experience in enterprise software, scalable SaaS platform design, and highly compliance-centric products.
• Strong technical competence with a track record of building high-velocity, low-latency services with beautiful API design.
