Product Manager

THE ROLE:

• Hands-on product ownership: work directly with founders, own the roadmap, discovery, specs, and launches for a live product with real customers.
• Manage two horizons: what ships this quarter and where global money movement evolves over three to five years, including regulatory shifts and make-or-buy decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and banking partners to turn requirements into precise product specs and tradeoffs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 6+ years in product with senior ownership of a technical product, including domain expertise in cross-border payments, domestic rails, crypto infrastructure, or treasury.
• Comfortable in regulated environments, shipping API-first products to technical buyers, and leading meetings with engineers.
• Strong writing skills for specs and decision memos, plus startup experience where process hasn't existed yet.
