Director of Product

Product Strategy and Leadership:

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution across ramps and identity.
• Work directly with the CTO to make high-impact product, technical, and operational decisions.
• Lead multiple engineering leads and hold accountability for delivery and business outcomes.

Ramps and Money Movement:

• Own the end-to-end product experience for funding and payouts across ACH, wires, SEPA, stablecoins, and crypto rails.
• Improve money movement metrics including settlement times, success rates, and transaction economics.
• Define payment rail strategy, manage provider relationships, and lead expansion into new corridors.

Identity and Verification Products:

• Own the product strategy for reusable identity, onboarding optimization, and identity federation.
• Build attestation capabilities and scalable business identity models.
• Use verified identity to unlock better product experiences like higher limits and faster payouts.
