- Analyze financial performance across Professional Services engagements, customers, and delivery teams.
- Monitor project gross margin, labor costs, and overall profitability.
- Develop financial reports and identify margin erosion and cost overruns.
Financial Governance:
- Serve as financial SME for project accounting and financial management.
- Partner with Project Managers to improve EAC, ETC, and margin practices.
- Establish financial governance processes for accountability and forecasting accuracy.
Cost Management & Forecasting:
- Ensure accurate project cost allocation across work orders.
- Reconcile estimated and actual costs; validate subcontractor invoices.
- Forecast portfolio performance and analyze labor utilization trends.
Pricing & Business Analytics:
- Develop pricing recommendations based on historical costs.
- Support labor rate and subcontractor pricing strategies.
- Provide insights to improve forecasting accuracy and profitability.
