Job Description
Shape the user experience of our customers as they start using Algolia, help create a new Growth platform, mentor software engineers, and introduce best practices. As a Senior Software Engineer in Growth, you will get to work on changes in the product, introducing new features, and providing the best possible user experience. A few projects we’ve worked on recently include: New data integrations with other developer platforms, New marketplace and billing integrations, New internal platforms such as notifications, experimentation, feature flagging and AI based data processing platforms. Your role will consist of: Coming up with innovative solutions to help users get the most out of Algolia, Executing experiments and A/B tests to choose the best possible solution, Collaborating with Product and Design teams to identify and ideate on opportunities. Improve engineering quality, processes and tooling. Help define the team roadmap.
