- Lead underwriting for new business, renewals, and account maintenance with a data-driven mindset.
- Support the AVP in developing scalable underwriting processes and guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales to build broker relationships and analyze loss activity.
Qualifications & Culture:
- 3+ years of experience in Medical Professional Liability underwriting required.
- West Coast hours preferred; we thrive on remote energy and intentional gatherings.
