Manager, Cloud Engineering

The Manager of Cloud Engineering will oversee the Cloud Operations Team, which is responsible for the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of production infrastructures for customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to customers and will be responsible for driving initiatives to improve the onboarding process for new customers, automating infrastructure, creating monitors and alerts, and developing tooling for team and company consumption. Additionally, you will lead efforts to achieve high uptime and ensure the reliability and performance of our managed customer environments. Responsibilities include driving innovation and automation in cloud operations to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability and overseeing major projects, including automating infrastructure, creating monitors and alerts, and developing tooling for team and company consumption along with managing product upgrades.
