Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fieldwork including soil and groundwater sampling, drilling oversight, and construction QA.
  • Evaluate contaminant fate and transport, and support remedy design and implementation.
  • Prepare technical reports, maps, and proposals to meet project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of related environmental field experience.
  • Valid US driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.

Work Environment:

  • Regular fieldwork and overnight travel to remote sites in Alaska.
  • Work schedule of 15 days on with 12-hour shifts, followed by 13 days off.
  • Must complete health and safety training and pass medical monitoring and drug tests.
