Job Description
PostHog is seeking a Talent Partner to help grow the team from 180+ people to double that number by the end of the year. You will run full-cycle recruitment for roles across several of our GTM small teams. You will deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring a seamless hiring process while managing expectations for internal hiring teams and executive members to maintain hiring standards and velocity. You will also find ways to get more great candidates into our hiring funnel. This role is fully remote.
