Software Engineer, Early Career - Messaging API

This position is needed to build and enhance the Messaging APIs, ensuring their reliability, availability, and scalability to provide a seamless and trusted experience to our customers. As part of the Messaging API team, you will own the gateway services into the Messaging Platform. From orchestrating messages to retrieving message logs, you will work across various tech stacks to deliver a consistent customer and developer experience that abstracts away the complexity of the underlying Messaging Platform. Responsibilities include operating independently, designing and implementing solutions, scaling solutions and infrastructure, and engaging in all stages of the software development lifecycle. You will also participate in the refinement of the team’s Product Backlog, estimating work and other Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
