Assistant Director of Replication and Scale

LEO is seeking a strategic leader to serve as its Assistant Director of Replication and Scale—a role focused on expanding the impact of proven anti-poverty programs nationwide. This position will guide one of LEO’s most ambitious efforts to ensure research does not just sit on a shelf–but transforms lives at scale by moving evidence into action. The Assistant Director of Replication and Scale will play a central role in driving forward LEO’s mission of translating evidence to action. This position will lead a growing team, manage dynamic multi-stakeholder efforts, and serve as a key architect of how LEO supports programs from initial research to nationwide scale. The top priorities will be Team Leadership. Strategy & Vision for Scale, Partnership Development & Infrastructure, and Knowledge Leadership & Dissemination.
