Your Role:
- Own the pipeline from cloud to edge: You'll be re-architecting the way that the company deploys ML models to thousands of edge devices.
- Build shadow mode infrastructure: You'll be designing and implementing systems to test candidate models on production devices.
- Drive governance and monitoring: You'll build tooling to monitor model drift and performance metrics from the edge.
Must-Haves:
- MLOps Expertise: Proven track record of building and managing pipelines that deploy ML models to production.
- Strong Python Skills: Comfortable jumping into the codebase and can write robust Python scripts and automation tools.
- Strategic Engineering Leadership: Experience managing engineers, running technical design reviews, and breaking down long-term projects.
