This high-performing, data-driven operator will lead DTC growth at 1906, architecting and executing the strategy to scale our DTC business from $10M+ to $50M+ by 2027. As Head of Growth, you’ll own acquisition, retention, conversion, and the full digital commerce experience. This role comes with full P&L ownership for DTC and the mandate to build a scalable, profitable growth engine. You’ll lead paid media, lifecycle marketing, website optimization, affiliate, and influencer channels—turning insights into action to drive revenue, LTV, and efficiency.
