The Business Development Manager will drive the company’s growth and carry the sales targets for Toxicology, DMPK, and Bioanalytical service offerings. They will source, close, and support IND and NDA services deals with existing and new clients in the Pharma & Biotech market. This role requires expertise in integrated service offerings and market-specific environments.

As Head of Growth, you’ll lead Media Buying, Email Marketing, and Product Management, owning revenue growth, churn reduction, and acquisition metrics. You’ll balance strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive tangible results in a fast-paced environment. You will also implement sales tactics and growth initiatives to reach company goals.
