Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a regional sales team in identifying prospective targets.
  • Collaborate with the VP and Sales Directors to support targeted outreach.
  • Take ownership of smaller pipeline opportunities from first contact to signed contract.

Brand Building:

  • Help increase Evotec’s visibility and recognition in the region.
  • Participate in client meetings, conferences, and events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales experience in the life sciences, biotech, or contract research industry.
  • Familiarity with drug discovery & development pathways.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative mindset.
