Responsibilities:
- Support the firm's Retirement, Executive Compensation and Tax group on compliance-related matters.
- Work on traditional non-qualified deferred compensation plans subject to 409A, severance plans, and equity plans.
- Provide general support for qualified plans such as 401(k), profit-sharing, and cash balance plans.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant executive compensation experience is required.
- Must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and superior academic credentials.
- Exceptional writing ability is essential for this role.
