Revenue Cycle Manager

Rula is seeking an experienced revenue cycle professional to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Sr. Financial Operations Manager, the Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for researching payer requirements, EHR payer configuration, creating robust training materials, and driving operational efficiency as we extend our reach and make mental healthcare work for everyone. This role requires a strong understanding of core revenue cycle management operations such as verification of benefits, claim submission, adjudication, and collection. In addition to RCM experience, the ideal candidate will carry a high attention to detail and possess strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
