Role Overview:
- Support the Product team by conducting market research.
- Analyze product performance and improve documentation.
- Contribute to product development workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive assessments to support product strategy.
- Analyze product usage data, pilot program results, and key performance metrics.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning.
Internship Deliverables:
- Improve product documentation of existing functionality by validating capabilities with engineering teams.
- Strengthen product team understanding of analytics, customer performance, competitive insights, and the broader market landscape.
- Refine customer segmentation models and create more efficient mechanisms for reporting on segment-level key metrics.
