Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and evaluate potential patients through assigned referral system
- Establish consistent communication with admitting hospitals to ensure a best-in-class admission process
- Works with Outreach Managers to assess the needs of patients and initiates
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, nursing or public health field required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an acute psychiatric admissions department preferred
- Proven customer service and communication skills to handle questions and concerns
