Senior Full-stack Engineer

Role Impact:

• Lead the cross-platform UI strategy for the Quick Service POS team, ensuring components work everywhere using React Native and React Native Web.
• Drive the build-out of UI features and components during a high-execution, high-impact phase of the product, directly influencing product delivery.
• Reduce UX drift and maintenance overhead by establishing shared patterns that streamline onboarding and feature development.

Requirements:

• Possess deep experience in UI systems and design systems, with a background in building or maintaining shared component libraries used at scale.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript, along with full-stack engineering ability to ship features across frontend and backend.
• Have experience with React Native and/or React Native Web, and a background in frontend modernization, web platform, or UX/UI engineering.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively across product, design, and engineering to drive alignment on patterns and standards, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Serve as a primary contributor to the shared component library, helping make the right way the easiest way for product teams across all of Owner's platforms.
• Engage with engineers organization-wide to shape component patterns, design primitives, and standards that scale effectively across different teams.
