- Lead the incremental migration strategy from legacy systems to modern implementations.

- Drive improvements in system reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend expertise.
- Advanced experience with PHP and meaningful experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails.
- Proven experience in large-scale system migrations and requirements reconstruction.
