As a Digital Reporter, your responsibilities include facilitating Zoom sessions with professionalism, troubleshooting technical issues, and safeguarding transcript quality by ensuring optimal audio conditions. You will also administer oaths, manage on/off-the-record moments, and handle procedural steps. It is important to work from provided scripts and procedural forms, upholding confidentiality and maintaining a composed, professional presence throughout each proceeding. To qualify for this role, you must have an active Notary Public license in one of the listed states, a strong internet connection, access to a quiet workspace, and a video-enabled computer with necessary software. Familiarity with Zoom or other video conferencing software is also required. Experience in the legal industry is a bonus.
