This involves building long-term relationships with key channel sources and coordinating/monitoring interviews. You will drive email, phone, and LinkedIn campaigns to recruit best-fit experts, negotiate honoraria, conduct vetting calls, build interview guides, schedule sessions, and uphold rigorous data-privacy standards. The role also includes continuous improvement by sharing feedback on talk tracks and sourcing tactics.
