Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and maintain Python applications, backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Own production software through its full lifecycle, driving initiatives independently from design to deployment and support.
- Integrate third-party services, databases, and LLMs, implementing RAG architectures and vector databases.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional software development in Python with strong backend and architecture fundamentals.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, AWS, CI/CD, and production monitoring.
- Hands-on LLM integration with at least one shipped LLM-powered feature; AWS Bedrock experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary $125,000-$145,000 per year with optional paid overtime.
- 401(k) match up to 4%, plus medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Fully remote position for candidates authorized to work in the US.
