Ashby's engineering team is building a recruiting software. We are a team of humans working together to do big things. Ashby is a remote-first company with colleagues working from 18 different countries in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. We host an annual company-wide gathering, along with individual team meetups each year. I helped introduce a new process to improve collaboration in the spec-writing phase and ensure a broader perspective from the beginning. The feedback from the engineering team has only been positive. I've added the employee permissions history panel and underlying audit logging. This will help customers work out why and when things have changed in their data and reduce the load on our team investigating.
