Accounting & Member Operations Associate

The Accounting & Member Operations Associate will work cross functionally with the Accounting team as well as the Member Operations team. This role will focus on assisting with customer payment application, account reconciliation, data accuracy within internal tools, and handling finance-related as well as general inquiries from members and internal teams. Responsibilities include payment application, customer communication, mail and correspondence management, maintaining financial records, reconciliation, and providing administrative support to the Sales and Project Management teams.
