Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Home Office Healthcare Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a data entry operator, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting patient information into our electronic medical records system. This is a remote position that can be done from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities: - Enter patient information accurately and timely into the electronic medical records system - Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness - Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines - Communicate with home health team members to reconcile any discrepancies in data - Review and update patient charts as needed - Assist in generating reports from the electronic medical records system - Provide support to other team members as needed - Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for data entry - Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
