Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the project to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion. This role involves implementing invoice tracking systems, facilitating meetings, and managing project milestones, deliverables, and change requests. Responsibilities include managing risks and issues, tracking project budget, managing project scope, and completing various reporting tasks. The Project Manager will develop and manage project plans, document risks, issues, and contingency plans. They will also translate business requirements into technical specifications, guide the SDLC process, and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders. Regular status updates, project team meetings, and issue escalation are essential components of this role.
