Subject Matter Expert – Government

Key Responsibilities:

• Design realistic government and public sector scenarios in Kannada or English based on Indian administrative contexts.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics to assess policy interpretation, operational problem-solving, and decision-making accuracy.
• Review AI-generated and human-generated outputs for factual correctness, procedural compliance, and operational realism.

Requirements:

• Native-level proficiency in Kannada with strong professional proficiency in English.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in government, public administration, social services, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of public sector workflows, regulatory requirements, and Indian government operations.
