Subject Matter Expert – Finance

Role Overview:

• This role offers an opportunity to apply deep financial expertise in a cutting-edge AI benchmarking initiative focused on real-world Indian financial systems and regulatory environments.
• You will contribute to designing and evaluating complex, realistic scenarios that reflect core finance functions such as compliance, risk analysis, investment decision-making, and financial reporting.

Accountabilities:

• Create realistic finance-related scenarios in Odia reflecting Indian financial systems, including compliance, audit, risk management, investment analysis, and financial reporting tasks.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics to assess financial reasoning, regulatory compliance, analytical accuracy, and professional decision-making quality.
• Review AI-generated and human-generated outputs for factual correctness, regulatory alignment, and financial integrity.

Requirements:

• Native-level proficiency in Odia with strong professional proficiency in English.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance or financial services, including areas such as compliance, audit, risk management, investment analysis, or financial structuring.
• Strong understanding of Indian financial systems, products, and regulatory frameworks.
