Establish AvidXchange Customer Advisory Board and Analyst Relations communities for users to facilitate product engagement, collaboration, and insights to drive product innovation. Community-led product launches: Partner with PM, PMM, and Product Design to support product launches that leverage our community for beta testing and early feedback. Customer storytelling: Partner with brand advocacy, content and campaign teams to source, develop and showcase customer success stories that highlight product value across channels. Voice of the Community: Create structured feedback loops to surface trends and product insights and consolidate findings to share across teams.
Customer Event Support: In addition to managing and tactically executing an integrated Customer Advisory Board program, support the PMM function at virtual and live events toΒ leverage customer interactions and experiences appropriately. Analyst Relations Support: Identify new and relevant events and develop perspective on where AvidXchange can further deepen AR engagements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, CX, brand advocacy, Β content, campaigns, and product management to align on product messaging, positioning, and product marketing goals.
