Work Environment:
- Fully remote position based in the Philippines.
- Schedule aligned with US Central or Eastern Time, requiring Philippine evening and overnight hours.
- Monday through Friday full-time, with occasional Saturday availability.
Responsibilities:
- Transcribe clinical notes and document wound assessments, treatment plans, procedure notes, and physician orders.
- Enter documentation into designated EHR platforms promptly and ensure notes are reviewed by physicians within required timeframes.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with physicians and clinical staff in English.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical scribing, transcription, or healthcare administrative support.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and familiarity with wound care terminology preferred.
- Experience with EHR platforms like PointClickCare, Epic, or Cerner, and reliable high-speed internet with a quiet workspace.
