Key Responsibilities:

  • You will manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries for our remote dental practice.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments; verify insurance and handle patient balances.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate follow-ups while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • You have at least 3 years of receptionist or front desk experience in a US dental practice.
  • Strong knowledge of dental office workflows, terminology, and insurance verification is required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently remotely.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with dental practice management systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental.
  • Previous remote work in a dental setting is a must.
