What You'll Be Doing As Our Dental Insurance Specialist:
- Complete a variety of dental services including claim submission, follow-up, payment posting, and benefit verification while maintaining HIPAA standards.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships to optimize practice operations and enhance profitability.
- Document all work in forms, spreadsheets, and client software, and send daily summaries to dental office staff.
What You'll Bring to The Team As Our Dental Insurance Specialist:
- Minimum of 5 years of dental office experience and ability to work independently from home with a quiet space and high-speed internet.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to multitask with accuracy.
- Working knowledge of technical and procedural aspects and ability to solve practical problems.
