Practice Growth Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 35-40 orthodontic and dental partners while maintaining a high-touch experience.
• Lead weekly partner calls focused on growth strategy, marketing performance, and opportunity conversion.
• Coach practice teams on behaviors and systems that improve conversion and accountability.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in orthodontic or dental practice operations and experience coaching teams.
• Strong understanding of the patient journey and ability to read performance data.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with CRM and project management tools.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay plus commission tied to partner retention and account performance.
