Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and submit dental insurance claims to maximize reimbursement and improve collection outcomes.
- Review, track, and resolve denied claims by preparing appeals and providing required documentation.
- Post insurance payments, manage EFTs, and generate financial reports for assigned practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of dental billing experience required, including insurance claim processing and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Experience using CareStack practice management software and Google Suite preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
