About the Role:

  • You will manage end-to-end invoicing for dental lab cases and restorative products.
  • Review case details to ensure billing accuracy and completeness, and maintain records of pricing and billing codes.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding balances, and support AR/AP processes.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or financial operations.
  • Prior experience in a dental lab or dental industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of invoicing, payment terms, and AR/AP processes with high attention to detail.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Accurate and timely invoicing with minimal errors.
  • Reduced aging in accounts receivable and strong relationships with dental office clients.
  • Efficient resolution of billing discrepancies and well-maintained, audit-ready financial records.
