Dental Provider Service Representative

What You Will Do:

• Resolve dental provider inquiries via phone, including claims, eligibility, and benefits.
• Respond to provider claims processing, timely filing, account receivables, and policy guidelines.
• Represent Dental Provider Service positively through appropriate telephone techniques and documentation.

What You Bring:

• Minimum HS Diploma or GED required; at least 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, self-motivation, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.

What You Will Get:

• Starting hourly rate of $20.51 ($40,000/year) with opportunities for growth and annual raises.
• Daytime hours Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM, no weekends or holidays.
