Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, process, and resolve customer inquiries via phone, written communication, or in person.
- Analyze medical records and apply medical necessity criteria and benefit plan requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, meet quality and timeliness standards, and coordinate with various departments.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in clinical field, health insurance, or related healthcare field.
- Associate's degree in general field, nursing diploma, or master's in behavioral health.
- Active license in Arizona as a behavioral health professional or RN.
Work Environment:
- This remote position requires residency and work performed within Arizona.
- Full-time schedule of at least 40 hours per week, with possible additional hours.
- Hybrid workforce strategy called Workability, with potential onsite requirements for meetings.
