About the Role:
- Serve as a critical liaison between patients, providers, insurers, and pharmacies to coordinate benefits and prior authorizations.
- Ensure accurate case management and proactive communication to improve treatment accessibility and patient outcomes.
- Contribute to compliance reporting, adverse event tracking, and education of external partners.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education or healthcare experience preferred.
- 4–6 years of experience in insurance, biotechnology, pharmaceutical services, reimbursement, or patient support.
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims, third-party billing, and prior authorizations; proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
