Key Responsibilities:
- Independently research and navigate documents to process claims with compliance.
- Confirm necessary documents, validate medical codes, and assess eligibility.
- Identify discrepancies and meet quality/productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
