Collections Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and follow up on unpaid insurance claims via mail and phone.
• Review and appeal underpaid or rejected claims, coordinating with collection agencies as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• One year of related experience required.
• Basic skills in Word and Excel.

Work Environment:

• This is a remote position based in the US.
• Work is performed in an office setting with moderate noise.
• Physical demands include sitting or standing for extended periods.
