Responds to member and provider inquires and requests concerning benefits, claims and complaints within a call center environment to ensure high quality customer service. Receives calls from members and providers and responds to complaints and grievances. Records all calls and details, receives requests for adjustments on claim issues and disenrollment.

This is a remote work from home position, where you will enjoy making outbound calls and reaching out to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high risk or other healthcare appointments. The role involves assisting members and patients with benefits and insurance information, conducting surveys and making a difference in someone’s life!

Handle inquiries from clients, physicians, nurses, or representatives, providing excellent customer service while adhering to regulations and company standards. You will perform data processing tasks, including data preparation, entry, tracking, documentation, and filing. This role ensures client information is current, addresses concerns, and supports a positive team environment.
